The classroom-style MATE Theater provides educational opportunities for attendees. Approximately one hour long presentations the topics range from proper pesticide placement to better beef breeding. Experts from entities such as Montana State University (MSU) Extension, and the Montana Department of Agriculture (MDA) prepare presentations that they believe are going to be most pertinent to the audience. This is a great chance to ask specific questions and get them answered on a personal level. See this year's schedule below.

Thursday, February 14th

1-1:50 p.m. Prairie Dog Management

11-11:50 a.m. Using Social Media to Reach New Buyers
Presented by Karoline Rose of KRose Marketing and Consulting
The world of marketing and advertising production sales is changing rapidly. Almost everyone is using at least one social media platform, including your buyers! Social media is a powerful tool that, when utilized correctly, can help you grow your sale and attract new buyers to your program. Karoline Rose will be presenting on the power of social media from game changing Facebook Ads to YouTube videos to utilizing Instagram and hashtags. She will also touch on using email and text message marketing to turn followers into paid customers!
