WHAT
With 13,510 attendees in 2008, MATE is the largest agricultural trade show event of the year in Montana.  MATE 2009 is the 33rd annual show and will be held in conjunction with the Home/Health Show.  Everything from registration to move out is handled smoothly and professionally by the friendly staff during the 3-day event.

WHEN
MATE 2009 and the Home & Garden/Health & Fitness Expo will be held February 19, 20, and 21.  Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This is the time of year when farmers and ranchers are planning and making buying decisions for the coming season. For the 6th year in a row the show runs concurrently with the Northern Rodeo Association Finals which runs in the evening hours.

WHO
MATE and the Home & Garden/Health & Fitness Expo 2008 exhibitors totaled 210 and filled the 42,000 square feet of the Expo Center at the Yellowstone County Fairgrounds.  Over 13,000 farm/ranch people from Canada, neighboring states and the local vicinity visited the show.

WHERE
MATE and the Home & Garden/Health & Fitness Expo are held in beautiful Billings, Montana.  Centrally located, and with excellent accommodations, Billings is a great host for the Northwest’s largest agricultural trade show and home/health show.  MATE (farm & ranch services and supplies) will be housed in the main area of the Expo Center while the Home & Garden/Health & Fitness Expo will occupy the small bay of the Expo Center.

Contracts and floor plans are located on this website at the contracts link. To complete the EXHIBITOR SPACE CONTRACT, select three preferred booth locations from the floor plan and return it to MATE Headquarters.  Print out the contract and send 50% of the total booth rental due to the address below in order to confirm a specific location.  (Canadian exhibitors remit in U.S. funds.)

Each booth is equipped with 8’ back drapes and 3’ side drapes.  Arrangements can be made for 110V and 220V electricity.  220V and phone requirements may determine your booth location and we need to be aware of them prior to placement.  110V - $35.00/three days and 220V - $55.00/three days.

Note: Displays shall not exceed 3’ in height for a distance further than 3’ from the back of any booth to prevent blocking the view of adjacent exhibitors.  Exceptions will be made with specific written approval from the management.
